Tamarind Bio Selected by Eli Lilly as Technology Partner for TuneLab2.0

Tamarind Bio has been selected by Lilly TuneLab as a third-party technology partner to build, host, and operate the inference infrastructure layer for TuneLab2.0 which is now live.

Lilly TuneLab is a first-of-its-kind collaborative AI/ML drug discovery platform created by Eli Lilly and Company to accelerate biotech innovation by enabling participating companies to access models trained on decades of Lilly’s proprietary research data, representing research on hundreds of thousands of unique molecules. Member companies who join contribute data via privacy-preserving federated learning to make the models more generalizable.

Since Tamarind’s founding, we have built infrastructure that puts 300+ molecular design and prediction tools in the hands of tens of thousands of scientists across pharma and biotech across the world. We've spent years on the unglamorous, essential work of making advanced models genuinely usable: reliably serving clean APIs, secure multi-tenant access, and an interface that scientists actually want to work in.

As a technology partner for TuneLab2.0, Tamarind has helped build and design user-friendly workflows and powers scalable inference of biomolecular models for each member company in their own private tenancy.  Rhino Federated Computing will continue to provide and operate the federated learning environment for TuneLab.
